This coffee has been produced by Yessica Victoria Mancia, on her farm, Mi Regalo.

Yessica’s farm is located in Campanario, Masaguara (Intibucà), sitting at 1750 masl with 5 hectares planted with coffee. In 2017, Yessica inherited the farm from her father, and started working with coffee together with her husband.

Yessica hopes to improve her family’s quality of life, and invest in a better education for her kids with the income she receives from coffee production. She also aims to improve the area of her farm and invest more in her mill.

Yessica performs selective harvesting and the cherries are taken to the mill on the exact same day. Only organic fertilisers are used. The drying is done in a solar dome-type dryer with a duration of approximately 25 days.
